Iskolar ng Bayan (IB) Program
The IB, alternately known as the Socialized Tuition and Financial Assistance Program (STFAP) in its initial implementation in 1989-1990, applied to all admission-qualified and enrolled undergraduate students. The program has since undergone refinements in its purposes and structure in line with the University's effort to democratize access and admission to its various academic programs and promote fairness and social justice in the University.
