The Office of Administrative Services is charged with providing supportive services to the UPCC constituents in terms of financial administration, personnel administration, records maintenance, and supply and equipment management. |

The office of the Accounting department is located at Room 109, ground floor of the Administration Building. The office operates under the supervision of the Supervising Administrative Officer. Headed by Ms. Jannette K. Lepiten, chief of the Accounting Section, the office has five more support staff, each having individual duties and responsibilities to attend to.
The Accounting office is primarily responsible for the processing of employee payroll and other operating expenses incurred. It also maintains, in a systematic manner, the Books of Accounts of the University thereby allowing efficient submission of the vital reports needed by UP Iloilo and Commission on Audit.
In order to help achieve UPCC’s mission, vision and its thrust of providing quality education, the office commits to:
- Provide accurate reports to the central administration,
- Ensure proper flow of processing and exercise prudence in any undertaking, seeing to it that it is in accordance to the generally accepted accounting principles of the National Government Accounting System, and last but not the least,
- Safeguard matters or information that has a direct impact to the central administration.

Campus Development and Maintenance Office |

The areas of responsibility of the Campus Development and Maintenance
Office include supervising the security guard, doing maintenance and repair works to all UPVCC
buildings, and maintain cleanliness of the campus.

cleanliness of

Campus Safety and Security |

Functions |

The function of U.P. Cebu Campus Safety and Security Office is to provide a safe and secure environment conducive to learning and education. To secure the physical structures, laboratories, grounds and campus properties. To prevent / protect the campus properties from unauthorized or illegal encroachment. To implement U.P. policies rules, directives and agreements relative to campus safety and security. To provide security / protection to U.P. Cebu scholars, faculty, staff / personnel’s and other U.P. constituents. Serve as the emergency and response reaction team and coordinator during emergencies / calamities / security threats and likes. |

Cash Section is the financial arm of the University. It is a section under the office of the Supervising Administrative Officer. It is manned by 4 employees servicing in various capacities of about 1,702 academic, administrative as well as students in Graduate, Undergraduate and High School Division.

The UP Health Services Unit was first organized in June 1, 1976 to meet the medical requirements of the UPVCC. They are of reponsibility of the unit extends to the entire constituency with regards to their medical, dental and related necessary services. THe Health Services Unit forms part of the supportive aim of the University with one full-time physician, one full-time nurse and a part-time denstist. |
Objectives
General: To promote and maintain the general health of the UPVCC community.
Specific:
- To attend to the medical, dental and surgical care consultation of the students, faculty and staff.
- To promote hygienic and preventice measures like immunization and other health program in coordination with other heealth agencies.
- Conduct annual physical and medical examinations to college constituency as well as pre-employment aexamination for new personnel.
- Perform other medical activities for the college welfare.

Information Technology Office |

Supervision being under the administrative support services, The ITO staff reports to the dean through the supervising administrative officer. The office serves all the ICT needs of the whole college and the ICT services that it provides. |
Functions |

maintenance of available ICT equipment (hardware, software, peripheral, and network connectivity of the different academic divisions (6), computer laboratories (9), and administrative offices (17 locations);

creation and maintenance of user accounts and policies for faculty members, staff, students, visitors (wired and wireless)

receive trouble calls and conduct troubleshooting and repair

provides network connectivity (wired and wireless)

web access (wired and wireless)

technical support to deployed applications like web site, faculty evaluation, library systems, and computerized students registration system

extending technical support to hardware, software, peripheral, and users

conduct product research, evaluation, & selection of IT products to be acquired

provision of technical advises/assistance to users (students, faculty, and staff) either through equipment acquisition, on-site requirements, or technical needs;

assessment and analysis of ICT needs and existing systems

assist in the enrollment/registration processes

preparation and submission of ICT reports and communications as required and as requested by the SAO, UPV, Diliman, Dean's office, or other agencies/offices;

provide technical assistance to the acquisition processes for ICT equipment

provide technical assistance to online lectures/videoconferences.

The Office of the Personnel Services is an office that supports and enhances the University’s vision and is responsible for integrating administrative divisions into the framework of the institution, providing advice and counsel to the different offices, divisions, faculty and staff, and strengthening positive efforts to attract and retain quality faculty and staff.
It is geared to create, encourage, and maintain an environment that supports, develops and maintains the well-being of the workforce.

- Serves as a central office on matters related to hiring until retirement of personnel.
- Serves as channel in coordinating with regards to the implementation of personnel policies, rules and regulations.
- Facilitates and coordinates matters pertaining to personnel training and development.
- Serves as a link of communication between and among offices in the College and the central administration.
- Serves as a central records keeper of the College/Unit.
